Farm & Stable buy Haygain | What this means for Haygain customers

We are pleased to announce that the Haygain brand has been acquired by Farm & Stable LLP.

With a legacy spanning over a decade, Haygain are well known for their science-backed approach to hay steaming and equine health innovation. As of this week, the Farm & Stable group have secured ownership of both the Haygain brand name and the Business Intellectual Property Rights.

FS Animal Health had a long history of association with the Haygain brand, and today marks the reintegration of the Haygain name.

As we embark on this exciting journey, our management team is dedicating itself to crafting a comprehensive plan to reintroduce Haygain products to the market and to define its future strategic positioning.

While recognising that we’re still in the very early stages of this revitalisation process, we remain committed to delivering the exceptional quality and innovation which is synonymous with the Haygain name. Stay tuned for further updates as we navigate this new chapter together.

For all warranty inquiries:

Due to the acquisition of the Haygain brand, we are not legally obligated to honor warranties. However, FS animal health is built on excellent customer service - it's what we've always stood for, and we will definitely find a satisfactory solution for all customers experiencing issues with their current products. Additionally, as soon as we have a spare parts list for all Haygain products, we will also be able to accept orders for replacement parts.

For customers with outstanding orders from the former company:

As part of the acquisition of Haygain by Farm & Stable we would like to inform customers with outstanding, unfulfilled orders.

While we are not legally obligated to replace these orders, we are committed to finding a satisfactory solution. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your order and find a suitable solution. Thank you for your understanding during this transition.

When will Haygain products be available again:

We anticipate that Haygain products will be reintroduced towards the latter end of 2024. This timeline allows us to ensure a seamless transition while maintaining our quality standards. Spare parts will be available for delivery shortly.

(For Dealers/Distributors) How will this acquisition affect our existing partnerships and product lines, particularly NUVEQ?

There are no plans to overhaul our distributor structure. Your partnership is crucial to our success. Our goal is not to disrupt NUVEQ sales but to have both brands coexist harmoniously, leveraging their strengths to better serve our customers. 

Haygain and NUVEQ complement each other well, offering a comprehensive range of solutions for equine health.
