Our Service 

At Farm & Stable, we try every day to deliver impeccable customer service as we know that a reliable supply & delivery of products is critically important on equestrian yards. Almost all of our products are kept in stock in our Portsmouth-
based warehouse where our team works tirelessly to ensure that when you place an order before 5pm, your goods be delivered the very next working day- either by courier or by one of our own vans.

We really care about every Farm & Stable customer and like to put a smile on your face. That’s why we add a FREE chocolate bar with every order - it’s our way of saying thank you!

Next Working Day Delivery As Standard*

All our stock is held in UK warehouses. Order by 5pm Mon-Fri and we will pick, pack and dispatch your order on the same day, and deliver it to you the next working day.

Orders telephoned to our sales office before 5:00pm, and website orders received before 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day on a Next Working Day delivery service.

Express UK Mainland Delivery

A signature is always required for an express delivery, so if nobody is available when delivery is attempted, the delivery driver will post a card into your letterbox informing you that a delivery attempt has been made. The parcel will not be left without a signature and the driver will take the parcel away with him and attempt to re-deliver at another time. The progress of your order through our carrier’s system is fully trackable at any point in its journey.

Saturday Delivery

A Saturday delivery is sometimes possible; please contact our sales office to confirm cost and availability.

Express UK Offshore & Island Delivery

There may be an additional charge for our UK Offshore/Island delivery service. Please be aware that there may be a delay in the delivery of your shipment according to the service offered by our carrier service. Please contact our sales office by phone or email for further details.

Heavy Item UK Mainland Delivery - 3 to 5 Working Days

Heavy or bulky items, those which are too large, fragile, or heavy to be sent with parcel carriers, will be delivered by the fastest economical route. As a guide, pallet and bulky consignments are usually delivered to UK mainland addresses within 3-5 days of your order being received. Carriage charges may apply.

Free Delivery - New Rates Apply

Free delivery is added automatically at the checkout for all baskets containing products totalling over £95+VAT. 

* Excludes deliveries to Northern Ireland. Free Delivery is available to NI address for baskets totalling over £250+VAT.
