Free of Charge, Next Day Delivery

We appreciate that many of our products, being of a medical nature, may be required at short notice.
To this end we are pleased to offer medical and veterinary products the next working day when this service is requested. Please ensure that your order is placed with our Sales Office by 12.00 noon. We do not charge extra for this service on orders over £75.00 excluding VAT (mainland UK). Subject to stock availability. Alternatively, you can collect from our trade counter, open Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm.

1. Payment is due by the 30th day from date of invoice unless otherwise indicated on the invoice.
2. Any discounts allowed or agreed are conditional upon the invoice(s) being paid by the due date.
3. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at the rate of 2.5% per month.
4. Normally goods are delivered free of charge. Part carriage may however be charged on special orders or on small orders entailing exceptional costs on delivery. Orders for goods less than £75.00 net will attract a handling/delivery charge.
5. Under normal circumstances FARM & STABLE SUPPLIES LLP will not accept goods for return. 'Special Order Items', or items requiring correct temperature controlled storage, cannot be accepted for return. Our delivery drivers are not authorised to accept returns unless arranged through our sales office.
6. Goods remain the property of FARM & STABLE SUPPLIES LLP until paid for in full.
7. Goods left on hire or on approval are left at the customer's risk. In the case of hire goods, damage other than fair wear and tear must be made good or paid for by the hirer.
8. We cannot be held responsible for damage arising from the mis-use of any product other than to manufacturer's specifications after they have left our hands.

We seek to provide a swift, efficient and economical service and customer's prompt attention to accounts would be appreciated in return.

 

Pricing

We have put considerable effort into the production of this website, and are certain that you, our customer, will
find it useful. It will be appreciated that prices and specifications will change without notice as manufacturer's
alterations occur. Goods will normally be invoiced at the price ruling on date of dispatch.
